TowelEase Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise available on the TowelEase online store.
2. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be refunded, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
3. To redeem a gift card, enter the gift card code at checkout. The available balance will be applied to your order total.
4. If your purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
5. Any unused balance will remain on the gift card and can be used for future purchases until the card expires.
6. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
7. TowelEase is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of gift cards.
8. Gift cards are treated like cash. Please keep your gift card code secure.
9. Gift cards may not be returned or refunded after purchase except where required by law.
10. TowelEase reserves the right to cancel a gift card or refuse redemption where fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity is suspected.
11. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
