At TowelEase, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
   
• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
   

2. Shipping Options

• Next Day Shipping (Domestic): Orders must be placed before 6:00 PM local time to qualify. Orders placed after this cutoff will be shipped the following business day.
   
• Standard Shipping (Domestic): Please allow 2–3 business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched.
   
• International Shipping: Please allow 8–20 business days for delivery, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
   

3. Delivery Times

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors (such as courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons).
   
• We are not responsible for delays outside our control but will work with you and the courier to resolve any issues.
   

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
   
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the courier’s system.
   

5. Delivery Addres

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.
   
• We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
